Commissions must only be used for personal use, which includes social media icons on personal accounts, electronic device backgrounds,
personal reaction images, personal prints/stickers, etc.

These items are not allowed for resale, or distribution of any form
outside of the original intent of personal use.
Commissions are available for resale, placed in projects that will will be available for sale/purchase.
This includes things like UI art, Logos, Illustrations, Animations, graphics, prints, etc.

Artist still hold copyright of all created work created for commercial use.
